The warranty period begins from the date of delivery of the product, unless a different warranty start date is specifically mentioned for the product at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage is applicable only during the stated warranty period and subject to the conditions of this policy.
Customers should retain their Novoaxo order details and invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or defects in material and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product within the warranty period.
If a product is determined to have a covered defect, Novoaxo may, depending on the nature of the issue, provide an appropriate resolution such as:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement of the product or affected component
- Other appropriate resolution determined by Novoaxo
The applicable resolution will depend on the product, nature of the defect, availability, and the outcome of the warranty assessment.
