Novoaxo is a digital platform designed to help individuals, businesses, engineers, procurement teams, and industrial professionals discover and procure industrial automation and electrical products. The platform provides product discovery, technical product information, online purchasing, GST-compliant invoicing, shipment tracking, RFQ and bulk procurement support, and related customer services. Product information and availability displayed on the platform may be updated from time to time.

You may use Novoaxo only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use Novoaxo on behalf of a company, organisation, or other business entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity. Business customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided on behalf of their organisation is accurate and authorised.

Certain Novoaxo features require you to create an account. During registration, you may be required to provide information such as your name, mobile number, email address, company name, designation, and GSTIN where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Novoaxo uses mobile-based OTP verification as part of account authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTPs and for activities carried out through your account. You must notify Novoaxo if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without your authorisation.

Novoaxo may allow visitors to browse products without creating an account. Certain features, including placing orders, managing account information, viewing order history, tracking orders, submitting RFQs, and accessing personalised services, may require registration or login.

Novoaxo makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on the platform is accurate and useful for purchasing decisions. Product listings may include product names, part numbers, specifications, images, technical documents, availability information, pricing, tax information, and other product details. However, product images may vary from the actual product, and specifications, packaging, dimensions, availability, or other product information may change. Customers should review the applicable technical specifications and documentation before purchasing a product, particularly where the product is intended for a specific industrial application.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application, installation environment, operating conditions, and technical requirements. Where necessary, customers should consult qualified technical personnel or refer to the manufacturer's applicable technical documentation before installation or use. Novoaxo does not guarantee that a product will be suitable for a particular application unless such suitability has been expressly confirmed in writing by Novoaxo.

Product prices displayed on Novoaxo are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price for an order is the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is placed, subject to any correction of obvious pricing errors. Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and other charges may be displayed separately during checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing or product-information error, Novoaxo may contact the customer before processing the order and may provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order.

For applicable transactions, Novoaxo may collect business information such as company name and GSTIN to facilitate GST-compliant invoicing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate GST and billing information. Novoaxo may apply applicable CGST, SGST, IGST, or other taxes based on the transaction and applicable tax requirements. Once an invoice has been generated, customers should promptly review the invoice details and notify Novoaxo of any apparent discrepancy.

Product availability displayed on Novoaxo may change based on current inventory and fulfilment conditions. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that the product will remain available until an order is placed or successfully confirmed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Novoaxo may contact the customer regarding the available options, which may include cancellation and refund where applicable.

Placing an order through Novoaxo constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to successful processing and confirmation. Customers may cancel an order while the cancellation option is available. Once an order progresses beyond the applicable cancellation stage, cancellation may no longer be available. Eligible cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Novoaxo Refund Policy

Novoaxo provides delivery to serviceable locations across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, delivery location, logistics conditions, and product-specific requirements. Eligible products purchased through Novoaxo are covered by a 16-month warranty, subject to the applicable Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage generally applies to manufacturing defects under normal intended use and is subject to applicable exclusions and conditions. Customers agree to: - Provide accurate information. - Keep account and OTP credentials secure. - Use Novoaxo only for lawful purposes. - Verify product specifications and suitability before purchase. - Provide accurate billing and delivery information. - Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Novoaxo platform.

Novoaxo's website, branding, design, content, software, graphics, and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, trademarks, logos, images, and technical materials belonging to their respective owners remain the property of those owners. No content on Novoaxo may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Novoaxo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or the purchase or use of products, including business interruption, production downtime, loss of profits, or similar losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Novoaxo may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
